The pumping capacity of Cudd’s fleet of Industrial Nitrogen equipment delivers:
- N2 product at pressures up to 10,000psi
- N2 product at rates up to 11,000 SCFM
- Rates and pressures are provided
at specified temperatures from -30oF
to 500oF
- Portability in the form of mobile pumping units and storage vessels
Benefits
Nitrogen will not support combustion, and is capable of completely displacing flammable liquids, gases, explosive mixtures, and oxygen from tanks, lines, systems, and facilities. It leaves the atmosphere inside tanks, lines, and systems inert, thus preventing oxidation. |

The Queen
The Queen Cryogenic storage tank can safely store 1.5 million SCF on site. N2 transports are used to safely replenish the Queen without interrupting pumping operations. Increasing on-site N2 inventory allows for:
- Greater sustained pump times, up to 24 hours at 1,000 SCFM
- Flexibility in N2 transport delivery

- Reduction in costly demurrage charges
- Relieves potential congestion on location

Dual Mode Pump
Cudd’s innovative Dual Mode Pump (DMP) is the right solution for your Industrial Nitrogen pumping requirements when an open flame is not permitted on site. When open flame use is permissible, the DMP is adaptable and provides a wide range of pump rates and pressures. The DMP has the following features:
- Heat Recovery System delivers up to 180,000 SCFH
- Open Flame System delivers rates up to 540,000 SCFH @ -30o to 500o
- Pressure ranges up to + 10,000 psi
- Two pumps on one truck
- Real Time Video Monitoring
of cryogenic pumps
- Hydraulically driven pumps eliminating the use of chains, belts and / or pulleys
- Spark arrestors to eliminate potential ignition source
- Emergency shut-down devices for high temperature and high pressure
